May 2010	New Product Release: The DGF Pixie-500 is a multichannel data acquisition system for fast radiation detectors in nuclear physics and other applications requiring coincident radiation detection.
November 2008	New Product Release: The DXP Mercury-OEM joins a growing list of XIA products that support high speed mapping modes, allowing for continuous multi-MCA or multi-SCA acquisition at sub-millisecond dwell times. The Mercury is a single-channel OEM printed circuit board intended for emerging embedded applications that demand performance and fast readout.
February 2008	New Product Release: The UltraLo-1800 is a low background alpha-particle counter that reflects 6 years of continued development. The UltraLo-1800 employs Electronic Background Suppression to drive achievable background rates to 0.0001 alpha/cm2/hr or lower. This is a factor of 50 or more better than can be achieved by the conventional proportional counter systems that are now commercially available.

September 2004	New Product Release: The XPPS (X-ray Preamplifier Power Supply) provides power for 20 or more preamplifiers. The 19-inch rack-mount or benchtop unit contains linear power supplies that generate very little noise.
September 2004	New Product Release: The DGF Pixie-16 takes integration to a new level, with 16 DGF digital processing channels on a single 6U PXI/CompactPCI card.
June 2004	New Product Release: The PXI-PDM (Preamplifier Power and Trigger Breakout Module) 3U PXI/CompactPCI card supports XIA’s DXP-XMAP and Pixie-4 data acquisition modules.
June 2004	New Product Release: The DXP-XMAP is the a 3U PXI/CompactPCI DXP card targeted at high rate multi-element x-ray scanning. Continuous full spectrum mapping is supported.
December 2003	New Product Release: The DGF Pixie-4, the new standard in multi-element coincidence measurements and high-resolution nuclear spectroscopy is now available. This is XIA's first offering in a new family of PXI/CompactPCI instruments.
September 2002	New Product Release: The microDXP developer's kit is now available and shipping.
May 2002	New Product Release: The Spectrum Series benchtop spectrometers are now shipping! The spectrometer formerly known as Gamma 200 has matured into the DGF Polaris, the DXP-X10P is now the DXP Saturn.
December 2001	New Product Release: OnSight Spectrometer - battery powered, portable integrated system for gamma-ray spectroscopy
October 2001	New Product Release: microDXP - micro-power DXP for embedded applications
June 2001	DXP Firmware Release Better soft x-ray performance and dramatic improvements in pileup rejection and peak stability.
April 2001	MESA 2X Release This release includes improvements in setup, calibration and diagnostics and features a versatile setup configuration utility. Combined with the MESA Data Server (MDS) a data acquisition system composed of two or more DXP channels can be remotely operated and controlled via TCP/IP.
April 2000	XIA moved to its old location in Newark, CA.
